Kien Goin serves as Director, Administration & Finance, providing strategic leadership over the company’s financial architecture, corporate administration, and governance systems. With over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning oil & gas, maritime services, shipping logistics, consulting, environmental services, and construction, he brings strong financial stewardship and organizational leadership to the company’s operations.

A seasoned finance professional, Kien possesses deep expertise in corporate finance, financial accounting, management and cost accounting, investment and business performance analysis, statutory compliance, regulatory relations, project finance, and project management. He plays a central role in strengthening financial controls, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring transparency, accountability, and sustainable growth across all business units.

Kien holds an MSc in Financial Engineering from WorldQuant University, an MBA in Finance from University of Port Harcourt, and a BSc in Accounting from Lagos State University. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
